How we work
It all starts with a conversation. Through understanding what you wish to achieve through gathering your team(s) together (in-person or virtually) we work together to design an approach that is right for you.
What does that look like?
That depends! It may be using a tool such as Strengths Deployment Inventory 2.0 or standardized curriculum such as choosing a few of DDI's Leadership Courses or it may be designing something specifically for your unique needs. Stephanie can work with you to explore the options, be that a one-time event, a series of short learning opportunities, or designing a full leadership development program.
