As a learning and leadership development professional for 25 years, Stephanie's deep knowledge and expertise as a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) can help you to find the right solutions for you and your needs. We can create bespoke learning opportunities, skills development workshops, and facilitate team retreats, and strategic planning designed for and with you, to meet your unique needs now, with an eye to the future. 

How we work

It all starts with a conversation. Through understanding what you wish to achieve through gathering your team(s) together (in-person or virtually) we work together to design an approach that is right for you. 

What does that look like? 

That depends! It may be using a tool such as Strengths Deployment Inventory 2.0 or standardized curriculum such as choosing a few of DDI's Leadership Courses or it may be designing something specifically for your  unique needs. Stephanie can work with you to explore the options, be that a one-time event, a series of short learning opportunities, or designing a full leadership development program.
